ADN Auto École takes the protection of your personal data seriously and processes it in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Data we collect

• When you book a lesson: first name, last name, email, phone number, chosen training, date and time, and — if you provide them — preferred meeting point, whether you hold a learner's permit and your message.
• When you use the contact form: name, email, phone number (optional) and your message.
• Technical data: the hosting provider processes technical data required to deliver the website (e.g. IP address, date and time of access) for security purposes. Your IP address is also used, temporarily, to protect the forms against abuse (rate limiting).

Purposes

Your data is used exclusively to manage your appointments (confirmation, reminder, rescheduling, cancellation), to contact you about your training and to answer your messages. It is not used for advertising and is never sold.

Recipients and service providers

• Vercel Inc. (hosting of the website, United States);
• a PostgreSQL database hosting provider (storage of bookings);
• Resend (sending of transactional emails, United States).

Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the United States. In that case, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Retention

Appointment data is kept for as long as necessary to follow your training and meet legal obligations, then deleted. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Only one strictly necessary cookie is used for the administrator's secure login. During booking, your details are temporarily kept in your browser (session storage) so you don't lose them if you switch language; they are deleted when the booking is completed or the tab is closed.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@adn-permis.ch. You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to the administration area is protected by a personal password and secure sessions.
